How To Register For Classes

Priority Registration Dates

Summer 2024

  • February 2, 2024 (Friday)
    • Military Servicemembers and Veterans*
    • Students with 60+ earned creidts**
    • Honors program students
  • February 5, 2024 (Monday)
    • Students with 30+ earned credits**
  • February 12, 2024 (Monday)
    • Students with 0-29 earned credits**
    • New students with no earned credits

For the most meaningful schedule, please set up an appointment with the Advising Office as soon as possible using the online scheduler or call 435.283.7313. For more information or assistance you can call the Registration Office at 435.283.7230 or visit the Registration Office in the Greenwood Student Center (GSC) room #222. 

* Snow College wants to recognize your military service. To be in the "Military Servicemembers and Veterans" registration priority group, please inform the Registration Office before the registration priority date. Please bring your military ID or a copy of your DD214. You only need to notify the Registration Office once while at Snow College.

**"Earned credits" means graded, transferred, or other credit on your Snow College transcript. It does not include classes for which you are currently registered.

Classes are scheduled on multiple campuses. M is for the main campus in Ephraim and R is for the campus in Richfield. Be sure the classes you choose are on the campus you plan to attend.

Full Refund for Tuition and Fees are available through the 21st day of the semester.

Web Registration Instructions

To register for classes, you must know your Snow College username and password. An email will have been sent to the email address you provided with your admission's application. Please keep these secure so that no one can access your records and violate your privacy. If you do not remember either of these, click here and follow the instructions provided.  You are able to access your file, check your schedule, and obtain grade information through "Badger Web". Also, you can check for any holds that may prevent you from registering on time.

Gain access to "Badger Web" (Registration) by following these listed instructions:

  1. Go to and log into Badger Web at bowc.ngskmc-eis.net/badgerweb  
  2. Click the "Student" tab at the top of the page
  3. Click "Registration"
  4. Click "Select Term"
  5. Click "Look-up Classes to Add" find classes to add. You will need the CRN (Course Reference Number) number to add a class to your schedule. 
  6. Click "Add/Drop Classes"
  7. After adding classes to the worksheet, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page 

Make sure you click "Exit" in the upper right hand corner and then Log-off the system by checking "Exit" a second time.
